| Jeans are not allowed in the Dining Rooms. Men must have shirts tucked in with collars. Turtleneck or Mock Turtleneck shirts are permitted. Caps of any kind are not allowed in the Dining Room. Women's tops must have collars or sleeves |

Guarantee Count is due 10 days prior to the function. You will be charge based
on the Guaranteed Count. Children's Menus are available Prices do not reflect 7% Sales Tax or 18% Service Gratuity |
Function
Times |
| Luncheon Parties are to be scheduled no later than 2:00 P.M. and must be completed by 4:00 P.M. Dinner Banquets begin at 5:00 P.M. or later. Affairs shall last four hours or less. Additional hours will be charged. In most cases, we will be happy to have you come in early to decorate or set up, however, guests should not arrive before the banquet start time. |

| NOTE:
The Outing Fee includes the placement and removal of sponsor signs, tracking closest
to the pin, longest drive, and scoring of your tournament by a PGA Professional.
Most outings start at 1PM with a Shot Gun start. The average playing time for
a round at MLCC is about 4+ hours. In order for your outing to run smooth, our Golf Professional requires an Alfa list of your golfers along with a line up or paring list the Friday prior to your event. Please inform him at this time if you need any specialty holes like closest to the pin, longest drive, and straightest drive or if you are having a putting contest. If there are any "Hole in One" holes, please call the Golf Professional for the yardages. Dan
