ClubHouse Events - Tuesday and Wednesday

Message from the President:

The golf season is in full swing! The Pro Shop has been promoting the club tournaments via emails and has a full schedule planned for your enjoyment.

The House Committee has already organized some great times at the Club and is in the process of coming up with more!

Our course Superintendant has been vigilent in keeping you all aware of the course conditions and problematic areas. June has been an exceptionally dry month and it may well continue in the upcoming weeks. You can do your part in preserving our greens and fairways by repairing any ball mark you see on the greens and replacing divots.

The outings at the club this year have increased and we hope to encourage more social functions and golf tournaments. If you can help in this area it would be beneficial for all of us. For details regarding either please contact our General Manager.

DELIQUENT ACCOUNTS

Just a reminder that the MEMBERSHIP DUES which were billed on April 1st are payable in full by July 31st. Failure to do so will result in a suspension of privileges until the account is current.

All HOUSE CHARGES are payable upon receipt of your statement. Any charges that have not been paid within 5 business days after the due date will be considered delinquent and a reminder letter will be sent. Any balance that is 30 days past due is subject to a finance charge of 1 1/2%. If payment is not received within the allotted time, the membership will be suspended.

For your convenience the Club accepts VISA and MASTER CARD

SPECIAL GOLF RATES FOR GUESTS

The Club is offering a special rate for guests of full golfing members. You and your guest can play golf, with cart, for a total cost of $60.00. Please make the arrangements with the Pro Shop.

CLUB POLICY REMINDERS

Alcoholic Beverages: Shall not be brought onto the club's premises by any member or their guest. Alcoholic beverages shall not be brought onto the Club's premises for any golf outing or special event. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cell Phones: Please confine their use to the parking lot and locker rooms. They are not to be used on the Patio, in the Dining Room, Bar and Grille areas. The use of one on the golf course is discourteous and distracting to other players. Please be considerate of your fellow members

LADIES NIGHT OUT
WEDNESDAY JULY 28TH - 5:00PM SCRAMBLE

ALL MLCC ladies invited. Guests are welcome. The evening includes 9 holes of golf, cart, buffet dinner and prizes. Cost is $37.50 p/p inclusive. Please sign up in the locker room. HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE FOR A FUN EVENING!!!

Our Member Guest Tournament was held on June 15th. The weather was beautiful and a great time was had by all. Many thanks to Janet Ciel, Elaine Reinhardt, Carole Ann Gilhooley and Nancy Braden for their efforts.

Our three day flight tournament begins on Thursday, July 8th and concludes the next week with the second round on Wednesday, the 14th and the final round on July 15th. Good luck to all in the tournament! Don't forget Ladies Night Out on July 28th.
